Hi, We have a learner with an EHC plan. This month we have been told we have an addition £1000 to pass onto the learner. We believed this was only if they had been in care?

Is it a Care Bursary payment as you will only receive this when you enter Code EEF 4 in the ILR?

You will also receive the Provider and Employer incentive payments for those aged between 19 and 24 years old and has either an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan provided by their local authority or has been in the care of their local authority.

I think this is where we have gone wrong, we used Code 4 in the EEF, but assuming it should have been code 2 as they were not in care, but do have and EHC
