Just after some advice on the evidence pack information in the funding rules May 21 version page 24 paragraph 94.3.
Do other providers request a copy of all initial assessment documentation from subcontractors and then retain all learner info or do you just check at compliance visits and request samples?
We offer community and accredited courses of various durations and just want to confirm what we need to request and retain.
