Apprenticeships - Remote Delivery

Our organisation is based in Yorkshire and there are some employers that are based in London and beyond that are showing some interest in us delivering apprenticeships. Obviously we are looking at the cost which includes travel or employing a peripatetic tutor to cover the south of the country. Another option would be to deliver the standard remotely. I've looked in the funding rules and other documentation and I can't see anything that says that delivery cannot be done 100% remotely. Does anyone know of any guidance on this and does anyone else deliver fully remotely, notwithstanding covid flexibilities?
