Apprentice Passes FS at different level reported on ILR

Hi All, We have a learner that was being reported on the ILR for FS Maths at Level 1. The have actually passed straight at Level 2.
To complicate matters they are past their planned end date and at R14 19/20 were on a break in learning and the achievement date was prior the break date.
How should I handle this on the ILR please?

Hi I have a similar problem but the other way round, on for L2 passed L1 legacy FS, started 19/20 completed May 21, cross over years so cannot fathom a way round. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
