Hi there, as an NHS Trust we have been advised by the 'live chat' that we need to have an agreement in place, which in essence, would be with ourselves as we are delivering all the training and have a direct contract with the ESFA. Is anyone aware of a template or are willing to share a template with us which we can adapt?
