I am hoping someone can help in regards to the technicalities around the Learning Mentor L3 qualification.
Does the Apprentice undertaking the Learning Mentor qual need to be mentoring someone else through a recognised qualification or apprenticeship or is this not a requirement of the standard as long as they are mentoring and training someone in their role?
