Hi All,
If anyone can help with this I'd be most grateful.
If a levy paying employer decided to change an apprentice's training provider mid-way through the programme, what do this mean for available levy funds?
E.g. An apprentice is on a £27,000 Level 6 standard. Completes 1/3 of the programme with provider A, and then moves to provider B on the same programme. Does the training fee have to be calculated from the remaining unused funds? And if that's the case is it usual for provider B to ask the employer for details of the initial contract and how much has been paid to date?
