CO-INVESMENT 5% / 10%
Edited
None
Hi All,
I need a sense check ! we have an apprenticeship that started before the 5% co-investment rate was introduced. This apprentice later changed employer around a year later and both employers are required to pay the co-investment amount. The first employer falls under the 10% rule but the apprenticeship moved to the second employer it would have been the 5% rule when it was switched to them. I am assuming that the original ruling in place at the start is still enforced? so the second employer would fall under the 10% category as that was the funding rules at the start?
Hope that makes sense!
Thanks Sarah

That’s correct it would still be 10% as per the original start date.
