20% OTJ evidence 18/19 rules

Created

None

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me here with clear funding rules guidance.

Some of our learners started Apprenticeship in June 2018 and March 2019.

They are due to finish this 20/21.

The funding rules for Aug 2018 to July 2019 explains he basic for delivering the off the job training.

Because these learners are finishing his academic year, do we need to have the evidence for off the job training delivered? i.e. contact logs and the work carried out by the learner showing how many hrs are spent for each activity?

I would appreciate if anyone can let me know?

Thank you

Yes, of course. There was never a point where we didn't have to do this...

Thanks Steve.

But the funding rules 20/21 says "P16 Any apprenticeship which started before 1 August 2020 will continue to follow the rules in force at that time. These can be accessed on GOV.UK"

Not sure about this

But in 18/19 we still definitely had to be able to evidence the OTJ, that's been the case since May '17?
