Recording EPA after withdrawal

Hello - I have 3 apprentices who have withdrawn from a programme prior to my contracting with the EPAO.Now that this is in place should I record the EPAO in TNP 2 for the withdrawn apprentices or is it ok to leave as they are?

Those I've had in the same situation have been left with no EPA and TNP2 (it's only a warning and can be explained). If anyone know better though it would be good to hear!
