Correcting BIL to Completion of Component after Hard Close

Hi,
We have an apprentice who was put on a break in learning in 19/20 however, one of the components should have actually been completed prior to the break in learning and should have a different actual end date. Has anybody had experience in resolving something similar after hard close?
I can't find a scenario in the PSM where I can change the actual end date.

I'd be quite tempted to leave it and put a note on the file? Component aims don't affect QARs and, if it was maths or english, assuming they *completed*, the money would still be right (ie you'd have had the £471 whatever the end date was).
