Hi Julie
These are kind of two different things. You need to add the date they complete the EPA in the field called "Achievement Date". This triggers the Completion payment.
However (assuming the learner isn't going straight onto another Apprenticeship with you!), you do then need to add a destination and progression record which needs to have a start date AFTER the AchDate to not cause an ILR error.

I appreciate your help with this. I have updated as you suggested and I am now getting the following errors:-

Updating Outcome Record in LDP

When an apprentice doing a standard has passed EPA and I have changed the Outcome to Achieved (1) from "learning activities are complete but the outcome is not yet known" (8) what dates do I put in the Learner Destination and Progression Outcome Record to ensure I receive the outcome payment?
