Error Empld_14 - Traineeship progressing to Apprenticeship

Please could anybody help me with an error we are getting?
The error is Empld_14
ProgType=25|EmpStat=11|EmpId=******905|
The Employer Identifier has been returned and the Learner's Employment status is 'Not in paid employment'
This particular learner has been on a Traineeship which she has now completed and is progressing onto an Apprenticeship. This record has not showed an error previously until we added the Apprenticeship record onto the funding tool and added the second Employment record to show she is now employed.
To me it looks as though it is saying we have put in an employer ID on the Traineeship record but we haven't, that is on the second employment record for the Apprenticeship. We have other learners who have progressed from Traineeship to Apprenticeship who have no errors and we have processed this one in the same way.
Has anybody had a similar issue previously?

The empId should only be recorded on the ES record that is dated as the ES for the Apprenticeship
