DAS - Restart from BIL

We have an apprentice (levied) who restarted her apprenticeship following a break in learning. She started in 2020 with a levy funded employer.

I have input the restart details on the ILR (with an April 2021 start date), but we are getting a data match error with DAS, showing that the apprenticeship started in 2020, which is the original start date.

My question is - how do we update the apprenticeship service?

Also can someone please confirm that the TNP should remain the same?

You do not restart on DAS as DAS gets this information from the ILR

Thanks Martin - and should the apprenticeship contract type start date be the restart date? I am just trying to work out why we have a data match error.

Have you added the Original Start Date field on the restarted Programme Aim (and ticked the restart box)?

ACT dates need to match the new records and, yes, TNP values stay the same (with the new start date)

Yes, I have added the original start date and tick the restart indicator. Dates for the ACT match too.

I will send in a ticket to the helpdesk, maybe they can find out their end.

All the dates (start, Act and TNP) should be the same on the restart record.

What is the Dlock or data match error?
