Learning on day 1 - Evidence?
Created
None
Hi,
We have recently undergone a mock audit, it was fed back to us that we needed to implement a stricter process around evidencing learning on day 1.
Please can we ask, when carrying out learning on day 1, does it need to be specific to the KSBs or can it be more generic (as in the same piece of work for all programmes)?
We have looked in the funding rules etc. and can't find any guidance on this.
Thanks,
Claire

By definition, all learning must map to the KSB to count, so yes. Otherwise it's just an induction...
You might want to focus on Bs on day one as these tend towards having more overlap between different standards, but it does still need to be mapped at an individual level.
