AEB Local Flexibility and Non-Regulated aims

I have been trying to find Non-regulated qualifications to be delivered as a part of Local Flexibility provision on the Find a Learning Aim portal. My problem is when I filter for “Local Flexibility” category, I only get regulated qualifications. But, when I filter both “Local Flexibility” and “Class Code Category A: Non Regulated Provision (SFA Formula Funded)” category, I get the Non-regulated aims but the aim category codes does not have Local Flexibility code.
Any guidance on this would be really helpful.

Local flexibility
ESFA funded AEB also supports delivery of flexible tailored provision for adults, including qualifications and components of these and/or non-regulated learning, up to level 2 – we call this ‘local flexibility’.
