PAPER BASED PORTFOLIO'S

Hi,
We have a number of learners with paperbased portfolio's for the L3 Team Leader/Supervisor programme that have completed.
Their portfolio's have been IV'd and EV'd by CMI and returned to us.
How long do we have to hold onto these before we can return them to the learner's in question.
Some of the portfolio's were completed in 2019/20.
A few of the learners are already asking when they can have them back.
Does anyone know an answer to this?

Isnt that a question for the Awarding Body? If the EV has seen them then id say they are safe to return but I don't have any experience with EVs so cant comment beyond this.
