Updating the employment status
New employment status records should be added for a learner in the following circumstances:

For all learners with employment status records, if there is a change in a learner’s employer, employment status or employment status monitoring (for example, a change in the learner’s benefit status) during their learning or at the start of a new learning aim or programme

Hi all. Just wanted to check my understanding on the process for updating a change of working hours for an apprentice.
Am I to create a whole new Employment Status record (employment status, date applies, emp ID) with new Employment Status and Monitoring (LOE and EII) to reflect the change to the Employment Intensity Indicator? Or can I just update the EII code in the existing record to reflect the new working hours?
