16-18 Traineeships with Digital Skills

Category E for 16-18 non-reg aims, so this for L1:

Non regulated provision, Level 1, ICT for Users (fasst.org.uk)

Yeah, the only capital D, capital S "Digital Skills" are regulated aims, but Study Prog Traineeships don't mandate them, if I remember correctly...

That's true they're not mandated for 16-18 but we wanted to add them in for this year, we can now make a decision on delivering this qual or paying for a regulated Digital Skills. thanks again

The ESFA issued the new Traineeship framework on 13th Aug which included mandatory Essential Digital Skills from 21/22 academic year,  luckily we are approved to deliver a L1 EDS with Pearson (phew) not sure how other providers who aren't approved for EDS delivery are going to deliver to cohorts until they get approval. I'm all for upskilling DS but a bit of warning would have been nice
