Apprenticeship service and TNP1 price

I changed the TNP1 training price in last months return knowing that these would then create DLock errors. 1 record does not appear to have changed. This learner is on a BIL (not paused in the apprenticeship service though). The ILR submission was correct, but the Apprenticeship service still shows the old amount and suggests it needs altering in the ILR and cannot be altered by the edit option in the Apprenticeship service. Has anyone come across this?
