ROATP refresh- signed policies signature?

Created

None

We have just been invited to re-apply.  I noticed that there is now a requirement that corporate policies "must also be signed by a senior employee, for example: a director or CEO. We will not accept policies or processes that are generic or taken from a third party."

In this context is a typed name acceptable or should it be an actual signature?

Hi Martin,

We have not yet received an invitation to re-apply.  Can you tell us how you received your invitation?  Did you receive just one invitation by email to one person, or did it come through multiple channels, or to more than one person?

Regards

Peter

Original answer from <helpdesk@manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk>:

"You can use either an E-Signature or hand written as both are acceptable forms of ways to sign the document."

this has now been superseded with:

"The Specialist Support team have been in touch today to advise that you should use a scanned real signature for the RoATP corporate policies."
