Martin may I ask (as we have never done this before) can we submit a finaled ILR mid month (like now) so that the June/July payments for the learners that our employer had not put on their DAS are now captured and we get paid, or do we have to do just the one finalled ILR submission for August (R01) in early Sept and then also do an R14 as you have previously mentioned.
Also where is the R14 submission document or template found, can we submit this with our R01 in early Sept?
For the 2020/21 ILR you continue to return all learner data up to 31/07/2021 in the R13 (Friday 13 August 2021 to Tuesday 14 September 2021) and R14 (Wednesday 22 September 2021 to Thursday 21 October 2021) returns, and this will generate any outstanding payments up to July 2021.
During this period for the 2021/22 ILR you should return all learner data from 01/08/2021 in R01 (Monday 16 August to Monday 06 September 2021) and R02 (Tuesday 14 September 2021 to Wednesday 06 October 2021) and this will generate any payment from Aug 2021.

Carry over from previous year reconciliation
Created
We enrolled and started learners on their Appretniceships (TLS L3) with our employer client in mid June 21, first day of learning being 15th June (thus start date) and have subsequently delivered training in July and it is ongoing. Employer did not enter details on their DAS (programme is fully levy funded) which we picked up this month after ESFA reconciliation reports came back to us and of course our remittance was short. Subsequently worked with employer to make sure all learners are accurately on thieir DAS account now........ question is will this months ILR submission to the ESFA now trigger the 2 payment months we have not received (June/July) along with Augusts as they will now be able to match our ILR submission details with employers DAS account?
