If they've finished finished (ie have left you entirely) then you can safely delete them. If they've come back and are still on-going, I'd keep their initial records, even though that bit is "finished", not least so you don't forget that they were previously on a break!
Remember the LET is a very very simple tool and probably built to bring more over than less if it's complicated (because deleting is easier than retyping!!!)

Migrating 20/21 ILR Data

Hi,
After importing our R12 data file into the new 2021/2022 tool. Learners who were on a break in learning but then went back on programme to finish during 20/21 are showing up on the tool. Am I OK to just go in and delete these learners as they have finished all of their programme aims and components. I cant see a reason why it has imported these learners?
