For a student enrolling onto an AEB funded course, if the student is unemployed and recieving joint working tax credits, would this be acceptable state benefit evidence to fully fund the learner where the letter is dated for the upcoming tax year (2021-2022)?

All declarations of unemployment/benefits are self-declarations, no evidence has been required for approximately a decade.
