Hi all, after a bit of clarification please, if a learners works over 30 hours (ie 40 hours) do we consider that in the OTJT calculations or use 30 as the maximum? Advice appreciated!!

Use their normal working hrs, 30 hours is only the baseline and if under duration must be extended.
