Planned OTJ hours for change of provider

I have a query regarding planning OTJ hours when a change of provider has taken place midway through the apprentices programme. Do i calculate OTJ based on the duration they have with us now (i.e. only 6 months left) which includes the plan of what training they are still required to achieve to complete. or do i have to calculate the OTJ hours originally planned at the start of the programme with the previous provider and deduct what they have complete already with them. Can anyone help or direct me to the guidance that explains this please?

You record the planned hours delivered by the training provider (what you will deliver) as recorded on the commitment statement between you, the employer and Apprentice.
