Thank you for your report. We have identified a problem where one of our web servers was no longer responding. We have rebooted the server, and so believe that this issue is now resolved. Please post if you believe you are still facing the same issue.

I kept getting this issue as well. Best thing to do is to clear any cookies for the website and this should fix it for you.
