data entry tool import

Created

Good Morning

I have just today, imported my file from the 20/21 data entry tool over to the 21/22 data entry tool

11 learners who have either withdrawn or completed have moved over, most of them from a long while ago. Coincidently they are all learners who have been on a break in learning at some point throughout their learning. They have then subsequently either been marked as a restart and then later withdrew, or marked as a restart and later completed

Is there anything that I have forgotten to do maybe that is making them still show up? I am confused as to why they are showing on here!

Can anyone help?

I was having a similar conversation with someone else about this. I think it's because the LET is *very simple* so importing more learners than may be necessary is better than importing too few? If they're definitely all finished and gone, you can just delete them after import or at least tick the "do not export" button.

I don't think it's anything you've done/haven't done, it's just how it works.

It’s a known issue:

LET is incorrectly migrating learning aims that were closed due to a break in learning and then their learner has restarted and completed their learning aims by 31st July 2021. The closed aims should not be migrated.

You should tick the don’t export against each learner at issue until they correct this with a new version of the LET

Thanks both for your responses. Glad to hear its not something I have done and just a simple fix! Thanks again
