You do not enter the Achievement Date (ActDate), for a BIL this is the rule description:
For programme aims (LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) that are funded via apprenticeship standards (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25) that ended on or after 1 August 2019 (LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate => 2019-08-01) and the Achievement date is returned (LearningDelivery.AchDate is known) then the completion status must be 'The learner as completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim' (LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 2)

Sorry to be a pain but when I remove the achievment date I get this error and I can't understand why:

CompStatus=6|LearnDelFAMType=ACT|LearnDelFAMDateTo=|AchDate=|LearnActEndDate=18/06/2021|
The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date.

Hi
I was hoping one of you kind souls could help me with a problem I'm having.
I’ve recorded a break in learning for several apprentices but I’m getting an error which says:
CompStatus_07
FundModel=36|ProgType=25|CompStatus=6|LearnStartDate=21/09/2020|AchDate=25/06/2021|
The completion status has not been returned
1ZPROG001
I can’t understand this because I have, I think, entered the completion status as: 6 - Learner has temporarily withdrawn from the aim due to an agreed break in learning
Any help would be most appreciated.
