Hi there,
Basic query but we just want to check we are doing this correctly - Where a learners last day of learning is in July but EPA is early August do we process the completion any differently due to hard close or just as normal?

As the Apprentice will not complete the EPA until August you would carry them over to 21/22 and report the completion from R01, for the 20/21 ILR they would remain as continuing in the final return at R14 as the 20/21 only include all data up to 31/07/2021.
