Employer incentive scheme

Good morning. One of our employers is entitled to the government EI scheme but they keep getting emails to complete a VER1 form to confirm the number of apprentices they are applying for, and the EI claim value. They filled this in once but it has come back rejected and they are now worried this is an illegitimate email? Have anyone else had the same with their employers? We have suggested they call the service desk but they haven’t found them a huge help, and as this is an incentive outside of the provider, the service desk won’t discuss with us. Any suggestions or reassurance that this is legitimate is much appreciated
