Morning All,
Quick query! For Apprenticeships do we need to record the employers liability insurance number, provider and expiry date still on their agreement paperwork? I know it used to be required in the past but don't actually think we need to record all the information but just have a declaration question stating they have one or exempt.

The funding rules do not require this but it would be part of onboarding that you check that the employer complies with H/S and insurance requirements.
