I wondered if anyone has ever missed the deadline for the post on submit learner data and can anyone tell me what happens with regards to your payments from ESFA?

Payment for delivery in August will be included in the Payment for September after you have submitted the R02 return.
Yeah, you're definitely not the first person to miss R01 (nor will you be the last!!!)
It's definitely the least worst one to miss, the mid-year ones can get really tricky, but the first one just rolls the payment over to September (so you'll get no money this month).
