Morning all :) Can I just check my assumption on which version of the funding rules we should follow for learners who take a break and/or withdraw then restart on the same standard?
If a learner started in 2019/20, then takes a BiL and restarts in 2020/21, then they would still need to follow the 2019/20 version of the rules?
If a learner started in 2019/20, withdrew from the programme then restarted the same programme again in 2020/21, they would need to follow the 2020/21 version of the rules?

Where a rule change is a clarification as in this case it is a clarification of previous rules so would apply irrespective of the start date.
