There should always be an update to the commitment statement following a BIL, whether that's a "new" one or an annexe to the original is up to your paperwork, but, at minimum, it needs new start date, new planned end, remaining OTJ and what that will cover and sigs from learner/employer/provider (dated before the learning commences).

Hi All,
If a learner is returned from a break in learning, does that constitute a material change as the planned end dates will change. Therefore, should a new commitment statement be created/signed by all parties?
