Traineeship Achievement Date - R14

Hello

We have some Traineeship Completions - last day in learning is in 20/21 but the achievement date is in 21/22.

These are coming up as warnings on our R13 ILR return, does anyone know how we fix these?

See the guidance in the PSM:

If the Achievement date is on or after 1 August 2021 and before 1 August 2022, then this must be reported in the 2021 to 2022 ILR returns (before R14) in order to earn achievement funding in the 2021 to 2022 year for Adult skills funded traineeships.

If the last date in learning is 20/21 and achievement date is 21/22, would you record the learner as completed awaiting results as at the end of R14? Struggling to find guidance anywhere, but I could just be looking in the wrong places!

Any dates before 01/08/2021 go in 20/21 ILR and dates after this go in 21/22 ILR
