Change of hours for Term Time Only Apprentice

I have an Apprentice contracted for 20 hours per week & TTO who has now changed to 38 hours per week (still TTO)
We have an excel calculator that works the average weekly hours / the extended duration based on the original start date but I am unsure how to approach this for the change now that they have been on programme for 2 months.
Any help / suggestions/excel calculators gratefully received
