Return from Break in learning - recording on the ILR
Created
I couldn't find a single location for all the guidance, but I believe to deal with a BIL restart I need to:
Close existing Programme and Component Aims with end - 6- temporary break in learning (done already)
Create a new Programme Aim with the restart date as the start date, original start date noted, new planned end date
Create a new Component Aim with the restart date as the start date, original start date noted, new planned end date
Funding adjustment for prior learning
Programme Aim - no action needed
Component Aim - % of Component Learning still to be delivered
Programme and Component Aims : new Funding and Monitoring record RES 1 with Restart date as date (I assume)
The Learner Entry Tool has a tick-box field under Learning Aim / Learning Information "Is this aim a restart?" but this isn't mentioned in the ILR Specification - is this needed?
