Apprenticeship completion not showing in DAS

Hi,

Has anyone else had issues with completions not updating in the DAS?

We have a handful of completions who have completed in June and have no mismatches or DLock errors etc but their DAS hasn't updated to completed - They are still showing as live.

This is usually due to one of two reasons, either there is a dlock or the completion payment has not been made due to uncollected co-investment payments from the employer.

No DLOCKs and they are large levy payers - I am at a loss. Currently with the helpdesk.

May be an issue with DAS but it may not update immediately after you submit your ILR, and have you been paid the completion payment?

We haven't been paid the completion payment and they were completed in the ILR in June. I have had conversations with employers who have said that they have see it take months to update

Have you checked for Completion Holdbacks in the ‘Learner Level View Report’ available from the SLD from the FM36 summary  Excel ‘Download learner level view’?

It only updates to completed after you have been paid the completion payment.
