Hello,
I think I have recently read about this but I can not find it now to be able to quote the guidance, or I have imagined reading something. For 16-19 Funding Traineeships (and any ILR learner for that matter) how many data returns can we upload without knowing the NI number please? Does it ever become an error?

For Apprenticeships this is mandatory from start and validated.
For 16-19 funding this field is not required although for traineeships it is included in Field collection requirement tables, but this is not validated.
