Changing levy pots - TNP3/4?

Hi,

We have one of our NHS Trusts who exhausted a small levy pot of theirs and so transferred the learners onto another one of their pots. The outstanding amount owed for each apprentice was recorded on the latest DAS account, our question is - does this need to be recorded in the ILR as TNP3 and TNP4? It isn't a new employer so I am not 100% sure?

I thought each levy account was attached to the Apprentices actual employer and HRMC payroll account, so they must have changed employer?

The two trusts merged and so there is only one ERN etc....

You will note that for the affected trusts that they have a new organisation name and this would be reflected in the DAS account name.

They will need to advise you of the DAS account to use for their apprentices.
