I was wondering anyone had advice with an issue that we have recently come across. We have people about to start work placements within schools as teaching assistants. Our host placements are now not allowing them in schools due to increasing Covid numbers. So, we were wondering if they can do the teaching assistant role online, in which they will be able to work with the teacher, prepare resources and help out in online classes and use a different platform to engage with the school students, or would this not count as an actual work placement as the covid restrictions in most sectors have been released?
