Return from Full withdrawal to new employment
Created
We have a few learners that have withdrawn from learning due to loss of employment longer than 30 days. They have then returned to us finding new employment so we have:
Setup a new episode of learning with the original start date Included & restart recorded, with a new Negotiated price TNP1 & TNP 2 but we are not currently being paid. could someone please advise. (should we have put a TNP3 & TNP4)?
Thank you

You do not return the original start date, TNP 1 and 2 OK but have you included as a restart?
You will need to identify from the funding payments and Dlock report why they are not being paid.
We did set these learners up as restarts with new episodes but we had to include the original start date because our MI system comes up with an error if we don't but the original start date in. (PICS)
