Employer Incentive Issue

Created

None

I have an employer who is using this portal to claim an incentive.

https://form.education.gov.uk/service/traineeship-employer-incentive-registration

They enter the ULN and the Work Placement postcode and get the following error.

I have checked the ULN on our MI system matches the LRS and it does.

I have also checked the employer details on our MI system match the EDRS and it does.

I personally cannot investigate this issue and would appreciate an answer as to why this is not working for the employer.

A fast turn around would be good as I believe the deadline for claims is the end of September 2021.

I've had the same problem. The workplace needs to be attached to the work experience aim, the delivery postcode in the aim needs to be the same postcode the employer is entering, the ERN needs to be attached to the work placement record, the aim needs to have a status of '2' and the work placement needs to be closed (with an end date).

Of course, even with all of this, our employers still can't claim and I've been directed to the apprenticeship service to ask. Can't get through to them on the phone and live chat keeps kicking me off. It's so awkward that you can't even get through to ask if there is a problem so it can be rectified.

I don't have much solution, keep calling the apprenticeship service or send them a message, but I'm in the same boat!

It is not the ULN but the Employers Name
