R13 Data Dashboard

I have just found some guidance to say that 28th September we should have an updated dashboard from R13. I can only see R12 ? Can anyone else see R13 or just R12?

34 We will produce the summary data and data extract 4 times a year. These will be an in-year release based on R10 and R12 data, a provisional QAR in January 2022 (following the R04 submission and time to process the data) and a final QAR in March 2022. The provisional QAR enables you to check your data and ensure that we have applied our published methodology correctly.

The next QAR data release will be provisional data based on your final R14 data return expected in January 2022. At that stage, provisional data cannot be amended as the R14 data return is final. We would therefore encourage providers to continue to review the in-year QAR dashboards based on R12 available now via the View Your Education Data portal. These provide indicative QARs for apprenticeships, education and training and traineeships and the opportunity to identify and resolve potential data issues prior to the ILR R14 hard close on 21 October 2021.

Also on another topic any learners that haven't achieved EPA with July 2021 expected end dates on the monthly app report, should they pull through to period 1 reports with pulling down zero funding or will they appear once the EPA is achieved as I want to make sure we get paid for this when the time comes.  I just want to make sure all learners are pulling through correctly on R1 but only showing learners August end dates onwards?

All Apprenticeship earners in the 20/21 ILR that are recoded as continuing should be carried over to 21/22 so that achievement after 31/07/2021 is included in the 2021/22 ILR.

Hi Martin Thanks I thought so. On my ESFA report ‘monthly App’ the learners expected end date only show after July 21 on the period 1 report. Is there another report I should be looking at ? Thanks Keli

Apprentices are not carried over to the next funding year based on their expected end dates, you use the completion status (where it is 1) as they are still in learning.

I am unable to find the guidance why this is happening ?

Not applicable indicates aims no longer in the ILR file, you should see that all previously reported earnings for these aims have been clawed back.

Brilliant I thought this was the case but wanted to double check:)

The only issue I have now is why from period 1 21/22 monthly app report why learners past their expected end date are not pulling through and if your saying they should be there with no values until achievement then this is something I will nee to speak to PICS about.
