We have some apprentices who will be tupe'ing to a new employer in a few weeks. The new employer wants to claim from our levy to fund the remainder of the apprenticeships. Is there any guidance written for this?

The new employer cannot access funds from your Levy account as these apprentices will no longer be employed by you and will not be included in your payroll records to HMRC.
If you wish to do so you could transfer funds from your Levy account to the new employer.
