R02 submission - Apprentice withdrawing

I am in the process of submitting the return in readiness for tomorrow's deadline.  However, one of our apprentices has withdrawn one term into the programme.  I have tried reflecting this on the ILR but once submitted I have errors stating:

The completion status has not been returned

I have in fact completed this section.  I have also left the achievement date blank as no achievement has been gained, but this also comes up with an error stating no achievement date has been recorded.

Please can someone assist?  Thanks

This error is caused when you have entered an Achievement date and the completion statues is not 2, you will need to remove the achievement date and set the completion status to 3 (withdrawn) and the outcome also recorded as 3 for no achievement.

Thank you Martin - I have done as you have advised and resubmitted but received the following error:

  • The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date.

I am unsure of how to proceed.

On the LDM for the Programme aim you need to enter for the ACT record the ‘date to’, this should be the same as the actual end date.
