R14 Achievement Date Issue

Created

None

On R14 claim we have a number of errors stating 'The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date'. These learners started in 2019 and completed 2021. The achievement date in present in all relevant ILRs. If we take out the Achievement date then these will appear on R03 validation report however if we leave the achievement dates as they are these errors appear on R14. Any help on how to resolve these would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming this is R122, and the learners' AchDate is after 1 August, it appears we need to leave them as 1&8 in R14. This hasn't been an issue in previous years (although the guidance always said we should leave them as continuing, it didn't error if we completed them) , but is one this year.

Hi, I have the seen this error in relation to the date on the ACT not matching the achievement date. If there is no achievement date it matches the end date in the ILR but if the achievement date is known then the act end date needs to match the achievement date. For apps the achievement date needs to be captured in the ILR.

It seems to be having a fit on FS records though, so where the FS end date is before 1 August and the ACT date matches it, it appears that it can't see the ZPROG ACT date/AchDate after 1 August and is throwing the R122 error on the FS aim? That's certainly happened to a couple of my clients and setting the ZPROG back to 1&8 has cleared it...
