19+ Traineeship left 20/21 completion in 21/22

We have 2 19+ Traineeships who completed their programme in 20/21 and have progressed into full time employment. As evidence requirements dictate, we have secured confirmation that they have sustained a minimum of 8 weeks in employment and wish to claim the completion payment.
As this achievement (date of declaration) is after 01/08/21 we would normally report in 21/22, however we do not have an AEB contract for 21/22, therefore how do we claim the completion / achievement payment and success rates?
