Hi All,
I am looking for some knowledge :) We have a learner who is moving employer and currently on frameworks, with regards to the ACT codes do we still use ACT 2 for these where the employer is an SME (as the funding reservations only relate to standards). The learner is still on a framework due to planned duration and Break in learning previously.

I believe that funding would come from your Carry-in Apprenticeships Budget (for starts before 1 May 2017 and non-procured delivery) for funding the change of employer so you would continue to record this as ACT 2.
